Does NEXO guarantee financing?
No. NEXO is a technology platform for preparation and origination. Screening is preliminary; financing depends on the assessment, due diligence and decisions of the relevant institutions.
Who can see my documents?
Documents belong to the company workspace and are subject to permissions. Creating an investor account does not automatically grant access to other companies’ documents.
Does AI fully verify the uploaded documents?
Current screening uses submitted information and document-status metadata. It is not an audit and does not automatically verify the full contents of uploaded files. Document verification and decisions require human review.
